DAM stainless steel exhaust

Every KLR rider knows that he has a stupid bird jammed in his exhaust. There are several ways to get rid of that high pitch sound like jamming a screwdriver in the exhaust. We decided not to do this in case we needed the stock exhaust. We went to DAM in Wintershoven (Belgium) and asked them to make an exhaust and they did. And this is how it looks like.

The bike setup: DAM exhaust without db-killer, K&N replacement filter, stock CVK40 carb with 190 mainjet. As you can see it runs horrible. The stock carb requires a new gasneedle and a new jet setting to be correct jetted to use the full potential of the exhaust but we had a wildcard ready: an Mikuni TM40 flatslide carb with acceleration pump.
